Montreal, Quebec, November 17, 2016 – On Friday October 21, during a company-wide annual meeting, Rémy Therrien, Croesus’s founder, announced his transition from President to Executive Chairman of the Board. Sylvain Simpson now assumes the role of the President.

Sylvain Simpson has held several positions at Croesus in the past 22 years, the most recent being Vice President, Research and Development. In his new role, he will focus on both the operational and organizational aspects of the business, ensuring that the board’s vision continues to permeate at every level of Croesus.
