
Founder and Executive Chairman of the Board
As the founder of Croesus, Rémy Therrien now serves as Executive Chair of the company’s Board. Since its inception, he has consistently placed talent, trust, and collaboration at the heart of the organization, fostering lasting relationships with employees, clients, and partners. Recognized for his entrepreneurial vision and leadership, Rémy remains an influential figure within the company. A committed philanthropist, he actively supports a variety of organizations and causes that contribute to the growth and well-being of the community. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics from Université Laval in Québec City.

President and CEO
Passionate about business and technology, Vincent Fraser has been active in these sectors for more than 25 years. Since assuming leadership of Croesus in April 2024, he has championed an ambitious vision focused on transformation, innovation, and the creation of lasting value for financial institutions and wealth management professionals. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in leadership and growth strategies, bringing together human capital development, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and sound corporate governance practices. In 2000, he co-founded Processia, a consulting and product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions integration firm, where he led the company’s international expansion across North America, Europe, and Asia. Vincent also serves on the Board of Directors of Finance Montréal. He is a graduate of Polytechnique Montréal and Harvard Business School.

Administrator
As a serial entrepreneur, François co-founded A&G Conseil, which was sold and integrated into the Cossette Communication Group in 2000. At the same time, François and his associates started CEDROM Technologies that was sold in 2018 to Cision. François and his associates also launched IXIASOFT, a company that provides document management software. He chaired the Board of Directors of Proximi-T, CEDROM-SNi and Ixiasoft, the Association québécoise des technologies (AQT) and the Centre de recherche informatique de Montréal (CRIM).

Administrator
Lucie joined Croesus in 2012 as the Special Projects Director with a mandate to improve business management practices and is now Administrator of the Board of Directors. Since her start at the company, Lucie has ensured that employees benefit from an engaging professional environment and that the company’s philanthropic vision of giving back to the community is achieved. Her contribution continues as she is now actively involved in a number of foundations in the region. Lucie graduated from Université Laval in Quebec City as a Chemical Engineer.

Administrator
Before joining the Board of Directors at Croesus, Jean Lavigueur spent seventeen years as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Coveo (TSX:CVO), where he still serves as a senior advisor. He previously co-founded Taleo (NASD:TLEO) and held the position of CFO there. Additionally, Lavigueur has served as CFO for Baan SCS (NASD:BAANF) and Groupe Berclain. His career includes experience as an auditor and tax specialist with Coopers & Lybrand. Lavigueur has served on several boards, including Cossette Communications (TSX:KOS), Opsens (TSX:OPS), Vention, and Petal. He holds a bachelor’s degree in administration from Université Laval and has been a chartered accountant since 1986.

Administrator
Sylvain was President of Croesus between 2016 and 2024. He is now Strategic Advisor to the President and a member of the Board of Directors. He is known for his in-depth industry knowledge and his commitment to the success of Croesus. With more than 30 years of experience to his credit, he is a pioneer in the creation of numerous software including the very first Croesus platform. Sylvain graduated from ÉTS in Montréal with an Engineering degree and began his career at Croesus in 1994.

Yanie Bernier, CHRA, is a strategic ally who enhances value creation within organizations. She is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives related to talent attraction, organizational development, and employee retention. Additionally, Yanie plays a key role in promoting a corporate culture that emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and high performance. With 22 years of experience, she joined Croesus in 2019 after holding positions at notable organizations, including Ubisoft, Sobeys, Groupe Sélection, and Parc Olympique. Yanie earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).

Patrick brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, investment management and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Croesus, he held leadership roles at Walter Capital Management, Rodeo FX and he co-founded Cook it, where he contributed to the company’s growth strategy, financing initiatives and operational development. Earlier in his career, he held positions with the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and Trans-Canada Capital.

Vice-President, Software Engineering
As Vice-President of Software Engineering, Jonathan Gagnon is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and advancement of Croesus’s software development strategy, while training the next generation of developers and leaders. Working in the Croesus environment since 2005, he has 25 years of experience in information technology, including over 20 years in financial technologies. He holds a master’s degree in computer science from Concordia University and a bachelor’s degree in computer management from the University of Sherbrooke. He is also TOGAF 9.2 and PSM I certified.

Vice-President, Chief Revenue Officer
Sanjay brings over 25 years of sales, marketing, and commercial leadership experience, with expertise in driving global revenue growth for technology and financial services companies. Before joining Croesus, he served as CRO at Dye & Durham. His impressive career also includes roles as CMO and Head of Digital at TMX Group, VP and Global Head at Nasdaq, VP of Product at ADP Canada, Director of Financial Services at Resolve Corp., and consulting roles at Deloitte. Kulkarni holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Waterloo.

With over 30 years of experience as a manager and strategic advisor, Luc joined Croesus in 2018. He is passionate about customer experience and business, and along with his teams, he strives to bring the human side and innovative approaches to the Croesus solutions. Luc is responsible for governance, risk, and compliance, including project, legal, security, and privacy aspects. He is recognized for his integrity and has worked in the banking, ICT, and mobile telephony sectors, including at IBM, National Bank, and Microcell. Luc is a member of the Quebec Bar, holds an MBA from HEC-Montreal and a certificate in economics from the Université de Montréal, and is PMI certified.

Vincent Lévesque is a highly experienced product development professional with 25 years in digital product design and leadership. He currently serves as Vice-President, Head of Products at Croesus. Previously, he held senior product design positions at the National Bank of Canada, Videotron, and FLO. Vincent holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in industrial design. Throughout his career, he has consistently built high-performing teams and implemented user-centric practices that drive significant results. His achievements include scaling product design and user research teams, launching successful digital products, and establishing innovative frameworks that have greatly improved user engagement and operational efficiency.

Marc Riel has had a 30-year career in the financial markets, holding various positions such as head trader, technical analyst, portfolio manager, broker, investment banker, and consultant. He served as Head Trader at Natcan Portfolio Management for the National Bank of Canada and as Head of Trading for International Markets at CDP Global Asset Management, one of the largest pension funds in North America. In 2019, he was honored as a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) and has been a Chartered Market Technician (CMT) since 2004 and a CPA since 2013. He holds a B.Sc. in Finance from Concordia University and an MBA from UQAM.
