Croesus: Opening a world of possibilities

Financial advisors wear many hats and deal with a number of systems, including portfolio management systems, CRM, and other solutions. In such situations, advisors always find it difficult to garner information from disparate systems, analyze it, and take quick, actionable decisions. What financial advisors need today is a robust, easy-to-use, and integrated platform that allows them to collect data from stand-alone systems and interact with clients effectively to securely and efficiently manage client portfolios and assets.

Having been in the wealth management space for over 35 years, Croesus has been at the forefront of making the lives of financial advisors and portfolio managers easier by offering a wide range of powerful and efficient solutions. Founded in 1987, Croesus is known for providing cutting-edge, easy-to-use wealth management solutions.

Croesus Advisor, its flagship product, is used by more than 50% of all Canadian financial advisors, by four chartered banks and by the largest Canadian credit union. Launched in November 2021, Croesus Central is a next-generation portfolio rebalancing solution aimed at financial institutions that need powerful rebalancing functionalities.

“With in-depth knowledge in the wealth management space and state-of-the-art technological stack, we provide clear and concise views on client portfolio management and other financial aspects,” said Annie Sinigagliese, Vice-President, Chief Product Officer at Croesus.

Today, the company has over 15,000 advisors that manage their portfolios using its solutions for an aggregate AUM of $1.5 trillion. To provide their clients with an unparalleled experience, Croesus actively listens, learns, and engages with them to develop technology solutions that are innovative, flexible, and secure.

Croesus’s portfolio management solutions include various performance tools and functions that boost advisors’ productivity and help them provide unequaled services to their customers. With this product, Croesus’s clients can view their customers’ holdings, risk allocation, assets, and history with just a few clicks. They can track performance effortlessly and generate tailored reports to manage and prioritize client interactions, as well as sending orders on their behalf.

In November 2021, the company launched another groundbreaking product, Croesus Central, an innovative rebalancing solution that brings together modeling, automated rebalancing, and compliance monitoring. It can accommodate a wide range of customers and account types, and helps financial advisors choose the best way to rebalance portfolios through multiple models and scenarios.

Croesus also provides APIs and widgets that help users connect to different applications and exchange position-level data securely between Croesus and third-party applications through a range of standard protocols. Data can be leveraged into proprietary applications, providing complete flexibility and customization of the user experience.

The team at Croesus is working round the clock to expand the API list based on client and market needs. In addition, UI widgets ensure that complex financial data is accessed using data visualization and streamlined tables.

Since APIs are key elements of a unified platform, the company is also developing web-based features that support unified managed accounts (UMAs) and unified managed households (UMHs).

Data integrity, security, and confidentiality are at the core of everything the company does. All Croesus products ensure compliance with client and regulatory constraints.

Croesus has improved the productivity of many financial advisors and optimized the management of client assets through its unique features. To continue on the path of innovation, Croesus has adopted a comprehensive partnership strategy to integrate new features into its platform.

“We are expanding into new market segments and territories. We have recognized the need to integrate with strategic partners. In this regard, we are pursuing a strategy that complements our core offering with added value features such as financial planning and integration with Salesforce,” said Matthieu Cardinal, Vice-President of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at Croesus.

The company plans to remain the leading WealthTech in Canada.
