Croesus has once again been recognized among the best employers in Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers competition 2023 organized by Mediacorp Canada Inc.
Since it was founded in 1987, the Laval-based WealthTech company has placed people at the heart of the Croesus experience. This principle is reflected in its new employer brand, with the slogan “Developer of human wealth.”
In awarding this prize, the judges mainly noted Croesus’s efforts to ensure a better future for its employees and the community. They praised the company’s commitment to promoting the development of its employees through its continuous training program. They also noted the support for employees to ensure a comfortable retirement. Finally, they highlighted the company’s commitment to the community.

Croesus’s new employer brand was launched last year to better reflect the organization’s core values of fun, respect, integrity, collaboration, and ethics.
