Croesus is certified as ‘’Remarkable Employer—Ethnocultural diversity“

Montreal, Quebec, August 8, 2016—Croesus is certified as ‘’Remarkable Employer—Ethnocultural diversity“ for a second consecutive time. This certification recognizes the excellence and effectiveness of the integration practices in the workplace, as well as of the management of diversity. Croesus was one of the first two companies to obtain this designation in Quebec, in 2014.

The “Remarkable Employer—Ethnocultural diversity” certification determines employee satisfaction by 69 human resource management practices. Eight additional practices regarding ethnocultural diversity management in the workplace are also evaluated.The Bureau de normalisation du Quebec (BNQ) is responsible for selecting the companies that stand out for the quality of their management practices.
