Croesus Awarded Remarkable Employer – Ethnocultural Diversity Certification

Montreal, January 22, 2015 – Croesus was awarded the Remarkable Employer – Ethnocultural Diversity Certification today by the Minister of Immigration, Diversity and Inclusiveness, Kathleen Weil and the Director of the Bureau de normalisation du Québec, Jean Rousseau. This certification is bestowed to companies that have implemented effective integration and diversity management practices in the workplace. Croesus is one of the first two companies to receive the new certification in Quebec.

Remarkable Employer – Ethnocultural Diversity is based on the well-established Remarkable Employer Certification. This certification recognizes quality employers, and is determined by evaluating employee opinions on 69 practices governing internal corporate relations. Bestowed by the Bureau de normalisation du Québec (BNQ), the new certification, which recognizes quality employers, measures eight additional practices associated with the management of ethnocultural diversity in the workplace.

“The mission of our company is to have happy customers and happy employees. The Remarkable Employer – Ethnocultural Diversity designation further reinforces the mission to which we aspire every day,” says Rémy Therrien, President of Croesus.
