Montreal, June 16, 2015 – Sylvain Simpson, Croesus Vice President of R&D, is appointed to the board of directors of the Computer Research Institute of Montreal (CRIM). Serving Québec enterprises for over 25 years, CRIM develops emerging technologies and cutting edge know-how. Ever since its inception, it has continuously pursued its economic leveraging role by developing specialized tools, delivering structuring technologies to its customers and proactively disseminating the best practices and latest innovations in IT.

The Board of Directors is comprised of IT managers and specialists from various Québec SME and large corporations, universities and CRIM member organizations that are elected during the annual general meeting.
