MONTREAL, Canada, September 20, 2012 – Croesus celebrates its 25th anniversary with a gala evening at Cirque Éloize. Over 110 clients, partners and employees were present at the celebration to commemorate the company’s achievements over the years.

Clients and partners from CIBC Wood Gundy, National Bank Financial, Desjardins Securities, National Bank Correspondent Network, IBM, Industrial Alliance and Croft Financial Group attended the evening filled with spectacular performances by the renowned Cirque Éloize artists. The celebrations were held at the head office and training facilities of Cirque Éloize, located in the historic Dalhousie Station in the heart of Old Montreal. Catered by the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth, the gala event included speeches by company President Remy Therrien, Vice-president of R & D, Sylvain Simpson and Director of Product, David Mastroberardino.

The first version of Croesus was developed over 25 years ago by Remy Therrien as a side project during his university studies. Developed to help portfolio managers automate time-consuming tasks, Croesus is now one of the leading, comprehensive softwares used by banks and brokerage firms.
