Croesus announces the appointment of Luc Larose as Vice President, Customer Experience

Montreal, Quebec, June 22, 2021 – Sylvain Simpson, President of Croesus, is pleased to announce the appointment of Luc Larose as Vice President, Customer Experience. Mr. Larose will be responsible for propelling and elevating the Croesus Customer Experience to the level of standard-bearer in the FinTech/WealthTech world.

Mr. Larose possesses over 25 years of experience as a consultant and project manager. He joined Croesus in 2018 as PMO (Project Management Office) manager. From 2010 to 2018, Mr. Larose worked for SIRIUS Conseils Inc. as a partner of the firm and Vice President of Strategic Project Management. He was responsible for all consulting services related to project management (governance, PMO, and processes) and business analysis. Driven by a passion for his work and much appreciated for his integrity, Mr. Larose has worked in a number of fields such as banking, information technology, heavy and mining industries, health, wireless telephony, and customer contact centres for private and public sector companies. He is a certified project management professional and holds an MBA with a concentration in business strategy and a certificate in economics from Université de Montréal. He additionally holds a law degree from the same university, and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1993.
