Croesus is composed of the following teams:

Account Managers
Account managers are the primary contact with the client's representatives. They are responsible for ensuring that clients' needs are always met and that high standards of client satisfaction are achieved.

Business Analysts
Our business analysts are finance specialists (CFA^® charterholders). They help customers tackle advanced issues and play a dual role as support for application questions as well as consultants.

Application Specialists
Application specialists adapt the application to fit specific customers' needs. They analyze the information sent by the back-office and map it to the Croesus data structure. They prepare initial client-specific configurations such as employees, branches, etc, as well as review the application's security set-up. When the application is up and running, they are the first line of contact for questions and issues arising from the use of the application.

Trainers
Croesus trainers offer tailor-made and generic trainings for both end-users and administrators. Training programs can encompass topics as various as an overview of the application's functionalities, setting-up new users and security, configuring "corporate actions" (such as mergers) or advanced performance calculation. Each trainer works daily with the application, helping resolve customer issues, enabling them to gain a great depth of knowledge of the application.

IT/Integration Specialists
The IT/Integration team includes specialists in various fields, such as databases and the Croesus application itself. This dedicated team is responsible for the smooth running of the application in our hosted environment and addresses issues related to the transfer of information between back-office systems and the Croesus application.

Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance is an important part of the Croesus delivery process. Our QA specialists work closely with every member of the organization in order to develop test scenarios, automate them and communicate the results back to the development team.

Developers
The development team consists of Computer Science and Engineering graduates. The development team uses the Agile methodology, which allows for rapid delivery of customizations and product improvements, and leverage individuals' specializations and certifications.

Technical Writers
Technical writers enhance the user experience of the Croesus Software suite by writing in a clear and pertinent language, that is adapted to the audience and task-oriented. The Documentation team is responsible for the interface text, the online help, as well as the technical guides. Innovations, such as visual/contextual (hot spots on a screen capture) are constantly introduced.
